The emphasis for this week is to play physical and disciplined, something the defense has needed to improve on since the Ole Miss game.
Specifies that they need the linebackers to be particularly disciplined. With the option offense that Army runs, the linebackers will play a huge role in the run and short pass game.

Also says he loves player development, and you don't get that opportunity in the NFL.
