- Says that having her coaches on the floor is pretty obvious what it means to her and they did not get the recognition in womens basketball that they deserve. They all made the effort to come and it means alot to her that they came back. All of those people in this state have did a lot to deserve these rings.
- She doesn't care about polls. Says polls bring recognition and its somebody opinion. Says she is not worried. She wants them to continue to get better. She has no idea and she does not vote in the poll it does not win anymore games for you. She wants them to be relevant.
- Says Aneesah Morrow can start any game. She does not want to take away anything from her that she knows. She is the best post player they have on hedging. Says she is very quiet and wants her to talk a liitle more. Kim says when you transfer in you do not know some players. Says the players are just trying to do what coach wants them to do.

- Says getting the jump ball is big. Sa'Myah was all sec and nobody realized Sa'myah because Flau'jae Johnson got all freshman. Sa'Myah starting all three games is because she committed to staying all summer while everyone else was somewhere else.
- Says she thinks she was at home when she thought about giving her past coaches rings and she thought she is in the last 3rd of her coaching career why not. Most of her basketball has been played in this state. She wanted to write a check to show how much she appreciates them. She knows basketball royalty and does not think we do because we were not born during her previous coaches time. During her LA Tech days, her coaches started the program and her two LA Tech coaches were special when they both joined women's basketball to coach and recruit. Her high school won 4 state championships so she wanted to acknowledge them. But says it all started in 8th grade and she had one of her coaches call them and let them know what she wanted to do and says it was good for all of them to see each other.
