New Orleans Landry-Walker 2018 WR Devonta Jason has grown up playing football in purple and gold and cheering for the Tigers in purple and gold and now he has committed to playing college football in purple and gold.
Jason earned an offer from LSU after a strong camp performance in July and he decided he was ready to make the call this evening.
When he suits up for LSU it will not be his first time wearing the colors. His first football memories are in purple and gold as a member of the Cut-off Warriors.
He has made a name for himself as a standout reciever for a very talented Landry-Walker squad and he was offered after camp along with Landry-Walker DB Corione Harris.
After making his decision he was short and sweet and to the point about why he made his choice
"I mean, I love it," Jason said.
