Both teams were pretty lousy on Offense. LSU actually went about 12 minutes without scoring a basket. But in this time MSU only built up an 11 point lead. There were a huge amount of turnovers In the game by most teams. I couldn’t find game stats but it look to me like the 2 teams together may have set a national record For TO in a game.
