OFF TOPIC Attorney help in Texas - Landlord Lease Rental

I wanted to see if anyone could provide some guidance to a fellow tiger or recommend an attorney in Texas. I am currently living in Thibodaux but am the landlord renting out a house to a tenant in Dallas and they are trying to early terminate the lease. I appreciate any help or referrals.
