What exactly is his job description ? I know that his title was personnel director .
How much recruiting is he allowed to do . I know that he's not allowed to recruit off campus .can he meet with on campus visiting recruits? Can he text , write , call, communicate on a regular basis? .
Is he allowed to attend practices in the Spring in order to evaluate prospects . Does he evaluate prospects at LSU camps ? Or is the evaluation strictly done by the active coaches ?
Some one was recently hired to replace him . What will be his new assignment since the new guy is on staff?
