LSU coach Ed Orgeron said Kendell Beckwith would not recover from a knee injury in time for the Citrus Bowl matchup with Louisville Dec. 31, but several other injured Tigers will be back.
Beckwith suffered a knee injury on LSU's second defensive series against Florida on Nov. 19 and missed the regular season finale against Texas A&M.
"Oh no, he's out," Orgeron said at a press conference Sunday night. Orgeron said he wasn't sure if the injury would keep Beckwith out of the Senior Bowl scheduled for Jan. 28. Beckwith is one of five LSU players invited.
