That's 6 guys, 5 with LSU offers (all but Wilbon at the moment).
The 2014 group ended up with 3 in-state DT offers, as I recall (Godchaux, Willis, McDowell), but also had other guys sign with Power 5 conference schools (Joan Williams, Courtney Garrett, Emmanuel Daryies, Tae Thibodaux).
As a group, I think the 2016 group already looks to have more top-end talent, and will prove to be deeper as well.
With Ed Oliver and Kendall Jones from Texas also receptive to the Tigers, and with Orgeron coaching the DL and recruiting these guys, there's no reason this shouldn't be an elite DT class.
BUT, it also means some elite, in-state DT talent will sign elsewhere in 2016. This will be a classic case of needing to appreciate the kids we do sign without bemoaning the ones that sign elsewhere.
