Any chance Rivals will review his status and improve his rating. After his performance at camp, offer, acceptance other services have reclassified him. One service now has him at 4*, #105 plater in the country and #2 in the state. After his camp performance they went back over his lasts years performance and track records and gave him a huge jump indicating it was a bad evaluation.
