What would be necessary for LSU to be a Top 8 national seed?
I'm thinking they have to sweep Tennessee, take 2 of 3 from Florida next weekend and win at least 3 games in the SEC tournament. It's possible they could be a top 8 seed with a sweep of Florida but that is not likely. LSU can be a Top 8 seed if they finish very strong and don't stumble. They probably need to take the Florida series and get to the title game in the SEC tournament. Right now they are on the bubble for a regional site and not a certainty to host if they trip up. If they lose the series to Florida and get eliminated early from the SEC tournament they are in trouble and may have to travel. JMO
