No.1. Weak staff. This is the weakest staff that Miles has ever had . The 2 coordinators are his worst twosome ever. Ensminger ...when has LSU last an all-SEC TE ? Grimes ...most underperforming unit on the team. Ball. Only ..2 SEC WRs among that entire corps of WRs on the roster . Come on man.!
Wilson ...coaches RBs at LSU . I could coach RBs at LSU . I saved the worst for last ...Bradley Dale Peveto .nothing needs to be said.
When you making poor hiring decisions it eventually catches up with you. Highest paid staff if football and this is what you get. Miles made the hires . No one else to blame.
No.2 Poor roster management. Letting you get in a situation where you have 3 Freshmen OL starting v Ole Miss. Should never happen . Only 2 SEC WRs among all the stars ...poor evaluation . QB ..getting in a situation where there are no veteran QBs available . Too many swings and misses.
DL/ LB....2016 will have a roster devoid of LB talent . Recruiting zero DTs in a recruiting year ...end result ..no depth = . Late game porous defense.
