This is not a knock on Colorado. I didn’t expect them to be very good this year. DS had to build a program in less than one year. The team plays hard and with a lot of heart.
But, has there ever been a more over hyped team by the sports media in the history of CFB? After 1 win they put them in the Top 25. After their 3rd win all I heard was “NOW do you believe”? They were talking outside chances of playoffs and Heisman. They had College Game Day on campus. Love the enthusiasm from their fans but they have a long way to go. Perspective escaped all media’s vocabulary.
