Hope you or staff know that Texas is putting the rush on him via his family (mom), with a visit forthcoming to Austin next weekend. Mom wants him close to home, and of course we never know the family dynamics on a decision like this. FWIW - my family tradition has always been "it's his or her life" and we have no regrets about the results.
