I think coach McElwain hit the nail in the head. LSU got a short bleep of what happens when the commitment is there during the Mark Emerett days and him hiring Nick. Those days have passed and the commitment level is not the same. Much like a business or personal goals you only reach what you aim for and commit to. LSU has lowered the bar from the Emmert days.
