Agree with these comments ...
The shields are far more likely to cause serious harm to a player than COVID is.
If everyone on the field tested negative prior to the game.......what/who are the shields protecting?
to create the illusion of safety.
Like wearing a bandanna over your face in a crowd or at a store. its not likely going to do anything but it creates the illusion of safety.
