I don't think Frank Wilson is the problem when it comes to recruiting. I am firm in my belief that Miles' staff has just too many non-recruiters or weak recruiters on staff. I list 5 guys who are not known as great recruiters
Top recruiters on the staff are : Wilson, Bebe, Raymond, Grimes & Steele ...Guys
The guys who frankly arent getting it done in either recruiting or coaching are ...Cameron, Ensminger, Ball, and Peveto....I'll add Kragthorpe but I doubt he is allowed to recruit
Miles needs to get let atleast Ensminger and Peveto go and top top recruiters at those positions
I would get rid of all the non-recruiters but I know Miles wont do that....It's been hurting us
