Just a few things to pass along that I’ve gathered.

In-state 2024 targets Dominick McKinley and Ju’Juan Johnson, a Colorado commit, visited yesterday as I reported. I spoke to both of them since visiting.

As many of you probably have noticed by now, McKinley doesn’t do much talking. You won’t ever see long quotes from him but he did tell me he visited with his family and “it was good and a lot (stood out to him),” although he didn’t go into details really when I asked.

As far as Johnson, the Tigers are very much still in the thick of it with him despite his pledge to Coach Prime and Colorado.

“Great visit! Just the love that some of the staff have for me stood out the most,” he said.

When I asked if it feels like LSU is still making him a priority, he said: “Yes definitely! LSU is home, I feel like I will always have a special place with them and they will with me.”

Also, Duncanville’s Caden Durham and Ka’Davion Dotson will visit this weekend but not Colin Simmons. And two other Texas prospects will be on campus too: CBs Kobe Black and Devin Sanchez
