I showed bad judgment last night in getting into an argument with an LSU fan in a check out line after the game. There was talk of the game. I said, "yeah, it was bad." I mentioned that there is a talent void in certain areas on the team. He said that "LSU has the most talented team in college football" I said that Alabama was more talented. He said, "They have better coaches, but LSU has way more talent" I disagreed on talent but did agree on coaches. He said, "LSU had the top recruiting class in the nation last year" I reminded him that Alabama had the top class last year and for the previous 5 years. He said that was not so and told me to google it. There was no use to point this out. He is right in that LSU has talent, but I will say that it is not balanced talent.
I should have stayed out of the argument, It served no purpose. All it did was cause problems for all involved including myself. I apologize to the people who were in line because of such. Never discuss football after a tough loss and late at night.
