LSU is legitimately the better team, between the 2, for the first time since 2007. Every (well, most) years since '07, they've been clearly the better team. Not always by a huge margin, for instance the back-to-back wins in 2010 and 2011 that we won, but still they have been.
But this year is different. First time in almost a decade we will line up with them with legitimately more talent on both sides of the ball. This is our absolute chance to conduct a seismic shift in the SEC hierarchy. After this year, we lose almost nothing, they lose Coker, Henry, Drake, and almost all of that defense, plus we get them at home.
This game next Saturday is everything. They say college football is cyclical. Well, let's kick that cycle into full gear Nov. 7. Mr. Fournette, the stage is yours.
