For the EM game I thought it was a great idea to bring my young child to her first game in Tiger Stadium. She is still in diapers, so we haven't wanted to deal with the huge crowds of an SEC game.
My season tickets are in 407, and without thinking I just assumed there were amenities that would be kid friendly. Well, not so much. My wife was told by LSU facilities that there were no changing tables and that she would have to go for the East Upper to find one. That Joe, is appalling. I changed her on a crate in the concourse there at 407.
So, we aren't buying tickets this week for that exact reason. On short notice we can't get a sitter and it's not worth going to a facility that can't accommodate its fans. And we weren't the only ones, there were many other mothers bitching about the facilities.
Truth is, Tiger Stadium is a disaster compared to the nation. The concessions, bathrooms, and amenities are horrible. And to the people that say Tiger Stadium isn't for kids, well, I feel sorry for you.
So, Joe, you need to improve, too.
