Hell of a start to the 2020 NFL Draft last night with a school-record five LSU players selected in the first round to lead 15 SEC choices overall.

The Tigers started and ended the evening with quarterback Joe Burrow and running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, respectively, and linebackers K'Lavon Chaisson and Patrick Queen and wide receiver Justin Jefferson found new homes in between.

And that national championship group appears poised to pick up where they left off Friday as Round 2 starts up at 6 p.m.

Cornerback Kristian Fulton, safety Grant Delpit and center Lloyd Cushenberry III lead the still-long list of names we should hear over the next two days. And I won't be shocked if that trio enjoys some purple-and-gold company at some point Friday — whether from offensive linemen Damien Lewis or Saahdiq Charles, defensive lineman Rashard Lawrence, linebacker Jacob Phillips or tight end Thaddeus Moss.

Just like opening night, we'll be with you throughout the action. Looking forward to chatting!
