RECRUITING How does LSU lose so many local 4 and 5 star players

How do we lose two LBs from Baton Rouge. Louisiana rarely produces top LBs and when we do we cant keep them.

25 years ago, those two would have signed with LSU. Louisiana guys wanted to play for their state school. What changed that?
