I have not researched Aranda, but I think it would be a good discussion to have since I feel he is going to do something at LSU that is long overdue. That is teaching people to think differently. Is it just me or when you hear, "that won't work, look we've always done it this way, this way works, don't change it", does it not feel like an ice pick in the spine? When Aranda made reference to the antiquated defensive philosophy that LSU employs it was like a breath of fresh air. I am hoping that it is contagious and overflows to the LSU offense, which makes me wonder about the Cam announcement, but that's another topic.

I can see Aranda having an impact on the entire team and being able to coach up all the players and next year cherry picking recruits because now he has something to sell that sells itself, LSU. Defense, check, kick off and punt coverage, Aranda's signature, check, changing old mindsets and teaching people, including the players how to think, check.

OK, I'll go ahead and say it, Aranda is our coach in waiting, and he will be a dynamite head coach at LSU!
