Look it is hard to argue with the Negatigers right now. There seems to be no fire in this team. There are some voids in talent. Part of it is missing on recruiting, players leaving early, and players who with promise who did not pan out. The defense has no where near the talent of a few years ago. Jamal Adams is the most complete players on this team.
There is a lot of talk about play selection, and I can't disagree with them, but the bigger problem is execution and missed assignments and pre snap penalties. Brandon Harris looks confused at times. The pass protection is putrid. If you can't execute, then all the great game plans in the world won't matter.
There are a lot people who say that "Les needs to go" Right now, I can not argue with that feeling, however what hurts is that they have Ed Ogeron on staff and recruiting looks promising, but getting rid of him this year will make all of that go away. It may be they have to start over, and it breaks my heart. Because while there is problems with coaching, there some personnel issues also. With a new regime, teams like Alabama are going to sink their claws more into Louisiana. LSU will fall further behind. I am getting older and I may not ever see the glory years again.
Well, I hope LSU can bounce back and win the last two games, but I am not going to hold my breath.
