Any objective fan or moderator of this board saw this coming. I know I did. And what I have said even when we were undefeated wait until November. That's when we would tell and that's what I thought would begin to show the weak areas I thought comprised of this team. The holes this team has wont just go away. It will take a couple years of better recruiting and roster management and better coaching to get a chance to play in Atlana. Not what I want to hear or others but where we are.
Under Miles our roster management and talent level in spots is poor. And no matter how well you coach them you can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit. Starting with the OL. Young and I question the over all talent. I see a right tackle that should be a guard. I see a center that should be a right tackle. I see us playing to many freshman on the OL to win a NC. All roster management and recruiting management things. I see a defense with maybe one championship linebacker. One. Yes one. I see a DL that is a middle of the pack SEC capable line. Good talent in the DB area but playing behind that front 7 is hard. Under Miles we get a d- for QB development.
Combine these major holes in our roster and a coach that has really never been able to field a team in a long time that plays well and we have what we have.
