Coach Orgeron has done a great job in keeping Aranda and what appears to be a good hire in Canada. But I have a concern. In most cases it is the other assistants that do the bulk of recruiting. Craig and Raymond are star recruiters. IMO the remainder of the staff are just average. Jenkins is a no factor on the recruiting trail. Average won't work in the SEC West if we are trying to catch Bama. If you look at this year only we will get further behind. Iam not blaming this on Orgeron he has got to get his own staff and process in place. That does not happen over night. But much work needs to be done. We need some more Craig's and Raymonds on this staff. I don't want to jinx Canada because I thought Cam Cameron would solve the problem. Wrong. What's everyone's thoughts on this subject.
