What has come to light is that Fisher was fully aware of the incident since June 24 . He apparently booted the player ONLY after the DA released the video and public pressure forced him to take action. Had the video never been made public the player would still be a Seminole. Apparently Fisher had no intention of dismissing him despite full knowledge of the details otherwise he would have done so on June 24 , almost 2 weeks ago.
