There are so many kids in the portal, that it looks to me like they will be unable to find a new home, at least on the terms they were expecting. What are the obligations of the school once the kid jumps into the portal? Required to take him back? Status of the schollie? Does it actually work both ways, where it can also be looked at as "roster cleansing" by the staff? If this is true, there is going to be a serious quantity of butts without seats, and small schools will benefit? I notice Sopsher is in the portal again, and this go 'round, he may have to settle for NW State?
