About 2 weeks ago a national site reported Kelly had announced LSU's starting QB for the upcoming season ; however, I've seen nothing on this site nor has anyone commented on it. Imo it seemed out of character for Kelly. Is this just a case of a national reporter being over-zealous or is there any validity to what I read?
