Based on the fact that Chavis never played Kwon at Middle Linebacker, it makes you wonder how hard it is to learn the position.
Chavis would not play Beckwith or Kwon at MLB last year, instead deciding Welter was the only guy worthy of starting until after the Auburn game. Knowing what we know now.................LSU could have started Kwon at MLB, and moved Debo Jones or Beckwith to OLB in Kwon's spot.
IMO Chavis (and Brick Haley) will not be missed, and LSU's talent will show itself in 2015. Chavis killed LSU in at least 1 or 2 games every year by not putting the best 11 on the field.
We will see if Steele and Orgeron can raise the LSU D to another level. This is the year.
