Before the Aggie game almost all thought Les was gone including myself. He was then saved and while the board went back and forth with that Les kept his head straight, feelings in check and kept on recruiting. With the exception of the Fowler flip he lost no one in recruiting. He managed to lock up the rest of the LA talent with one more expected sometime soon. He hired one of the best DC's in the nation, huge upgrade. He lost Frank to a HC job, no one can blame Frank there, and on the day of the boys in the boot, he hires probably the only coach that can equal Frank in the New Orleans area. He cut bait with a WR coach who wasn't recruiting and hopefully soon will have a huge upgrade there.
Bottom line some coaches would have reacted differently than Miles after Nov, whether you're happy he stayed or not, you have to give props for a very impressive run since the Aggie game. He's made great moves after great moves this offseason, kudo's to CLM
