Thought I would break up the excitement/monotony of our coaching situation with thoughts of the weeks games. I haven't participated in the discussion as I don't feel I could add much blood to the water. Sort of agree with Rabbiddoctor, we have handled it poorly but we need to go ahead and do what we are gonna do.
That said, last week the sheet was fair to midland which is an improvement. 32-26 against the spread bringing me to 226-220 for the year (starting week 5). Top 5 choices were 3-2 bringing me to 22 and 18 for the year.
I questioned my sheets call of a barn burner in the Georgia-Ga.Southern game last week but it appears it was right. Haven't checked but the best generic bet of the year may be the underdog in any SEC team vs. a mid-major or FCS school. Doesn't feel like the SEC has met expectations in those matchups.
Anyhow, hit here for this weeks geek predictions. PS still have LSU winning v TAMU but not covering.
