Remember when we all played in the 10 year old baseball leagues, and a kid would walk, and then just run around the bases and eventually score on something like a wild pitch.Usually a team would have 10-12 runs and about 6 or 7 hits.Well the Lsu -Aggie game reminded me of Little league ball.Especially late in the game, when Paker Bugg was inserted into the game. Now the Lsu catcher(Papeirski) has a cannon for an arm,but he couldn't even throw out Aggie runners with a pitchout (several times). It's just like the Aggie coaches said that Buggs delivery is so slow and he can't hold runners on base-we don't care if Lsu pitches out.
I don't know if that is a teaching problem or a bug in Bugg's mechanics-but he has zero chance to be effective
with that bad of control and worse mechanics in keeping runners on base-And he has been in the program 3 years? That's why his era is 7 or 8 runs a game and he has probably given up as many runs as hits.
