That's me after driving home yesterday from T-Town. I along with many of my LSU friends believed that the Tigers would win this game straight up. Maybe by even ten points or more. We all felt confident that our coaches knew that no matter who was carrying the rock for LSU, that Nick Saban would not let LSU run the ball. Alabama has the defensive players built to stop the run, and Saban likes to take his chances with one on one coverage. So, knowing this, and knowing that LSU has a QB with the potential to beat you with his arm, and legs. Our coaches decide once again to play right into Bama's strength and run the damn ball over and over. To beat Alabama you must throw the ball forty times a game. You must run the hurry up offense. Sure, you can try running the ball, but after the first half it was time to change your game plan.
