Blair's top 10: Maryland, Penn State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Wake Forest, Florida State, Louisville, Miami, South Carolina and Virginia Tech.

This one comes as no surprise. Blair had a strong relationship with former safeties coach Kerry Cooks, and that communication with LSU didn't really pick up after Cooks was dismissed:
