Jay Clark
- Thought it was a great night and a great atmosphere. They sold out the arena. Thought with baseball, it might not be full, but was pleased with the crowd tonight. Says he doesn't know any other place in the country that could do that after a baseball game.
- They're getting comfortable on beam. They were trying to figure out a lineup early in the season, but thinks they're getting comfortable and settling in on beam.
- Feels they're very tough to beat at home, but need to show consistency on the road.
- Feels Tori Tatum has turned the corner this week which is why he put her out there on bars. Said Konnor McClain's back has been a problem, so they gave her a bit of a rest.
- Says Livvy's attitude has been awesome. She's played a role on and off the floor, but she's been a great teammate throughout the process and she's been practicing and warming up well.
- Calls Sierra Ballard a fire starter on beam. She loves the idea of setting her teammates up and has been huge for them.
- Says they intended to do the 1.5 on vault for Finnegan all season, but a wrist injury stopped that. She did it for the first time today and she scored a 9.950.
- Felt Konnor's beam was worthy of a 10, but felt most things were scored correctly.
- They head to UF likely with the regular season SEC title on the line, but they're not putting a whole lot of emphasis on it. You have to let those things happen organically.
- Finnegan said she "threw her brain out" and just did her routine. She said that helped her perform at a high level, including a perfect 10 on floor. She said thinking less let's you kind of go into airplane mode and just do what you need to do.
- Schoenherr feels like her transition to LSU has been seamless. She feels like she's been her for years and is so grateful to be here.
- Savannah wants to be the best teammate she can be, and if that means just vault and bars, then she'll do it. She's staying ready on all events, but will do what the coaches ask.
- Finnegan says they haven't really been doing much different on beam, they're just executing better than they were earlier in the season.
