LSU and Ed Orgeron extended an early offer to 2023 defensive end Jayden Wayne from Washington.
The 6-5, 240 pounder already has offers from Arkansas, Notre Dame, USC, Nebraska, Tennessee, and a few others.
"That offer meant a lot to me," he said. "I was honored.
"LSU is a big-time school that competes for National Championships (and) a lot of NFL players come from there."
