  • Thought it was a good win. Proud of his team for staying with it through the delay.
  • They haven’t made a decision on if they’ll move the game up tomorrow. Weather looks bad tomorrow night.
  • The delay only changed the fact that gage didn’t go back out in the seventh. Thought he pitched really well tonight.
  • Thinks they’ve been better with two outs and two strikes, and pretty much all their RBIs came with one of those tonight.
  • Thinks all their relievers will be available for tomorrow, including guys who threw tonight.
  • Thinks tonight was one of their better pitching performances this season.
Gage Jump
  • Said his fastball command was feeling great. Didn’t have the best feel with everything else, so his fastball dominated.
  • Said he would’ve came back out in the seventh if not for the weather delay. Was upset when it got delayed.
  • Says he aims for 65+ percent strikes each night. Was at 68 tonight.
  • Thinks getting the win tonight was massive to set the tone for the weekend in this do or die series.
  • He can go whenever in the SEC tournament. Said he could be ready for Tuesday, but it’s up to coach.
Tommy White
  • Said that was the first time he had a triple since he was 9 years old. Said it was really fun. When he was getting to second, he realized they hadn’t gotten to the ball so he just went for it.
  • Thinks having a bunch of guys rip off singles all game is hard on the opposing pitch staff.
  • Thinks this was a big win, but they need to turn around and win tomorrow.
  • Says the team has embraced the situation they’re in and are locked into winning every game they have left so they can continue to play in June.
