The changes in offensive style and philosophy has passed both Miles and Cameron by. Running the football to set up the pass, (or "play pass") has been discarded by most of the successful programs. Think about how one dimensional LSU's passing attack really is. If opposing teams (i.e. Alabama and Arkansas) stop our running game, there can be no passing attack because it has not been set up by the run. Common sense! The stubbornest of the above coaches have cost us some wins and probably their jobs. A passing attack set up separate from and not dependent on a successful running game is the obvious answer. LSU have the personnel to accomplish that. It is my opinion that is the only way we will beat teams with a strong defense and quality athletes.
