Resign and continue to work at LSU in some kind of capacity with the football program (not as a coach). He is a great man, and a great leader and to me, a very valuable resource to have on your side.

Speaking of Jimbo, his record is not much better than Miles, and Miles certainly plays in a much harder conference. BB has some good wins... and some bad losses. He is inconsistent, and it's a 50/50 shot whether or not he can recruit the top talent and IF that will produce more wins in his kind of system.

I get that we are fed up with Miles and the QB situation, and the offense, etc... but keep in mind there are VERY FEW coaches out there that have had a better record than him the last 5 years. I certainly hope this is not a case of...... out of frustration we settle for something that we end up regretting.

I am still on the fence with whether or not I want him gone. I believe I would prefer him to hire an OC with a proven track record of good balance and just stay out the way. CC is WORTHLESS. And with the amount of big plays LSU has given up on D, I think Steele is WORTHLESS as well. Paveto isn't good enough to coach a high school team. And someone tell me what Ensminger does please? This is 2-3 spots where Miles could inject some enthusiasm and energy into the staff.

I doubt Miles would clean house and bring some youth in instead of hiring all of his coaches that are likely wearing depends undergarments. If he would do this, I would want Miles to coach another year. If he is unwilling to do that, then I guess Miles has forced the hand.
