I said it when Miles hired the guy and I'll say it again. This was the worst possible hire and would end up being Miles demise at some point. This is not a personnel issue. We have very good players. This is a DC problem. If you think our d will improve with depth, you are naive. This guys resume is awful. Sorry to be the bearer of truth but it is what it is.
