We are all fired up over the addition of the two ace recruiters ( well maybe not all). However we must realize that results may not be obvious right away ( 2015 class). Recruiting is a relationship thing that takes time . Also good recruiting takes 2-3 years to translate into wins on the field.
Both are arriving on the 2015 recruiting scene late and will have to scramble to make up ground . The recruiting season is in the final stretch . Most of the top recruits are already committed or else have made up their mind where they are going .
On the field in 2015 , additional victories will come from their coaching not their recruiting in 2015. There's been much hot seat talk that if LSU doesn't win big in 2015 that the old regime , including the 2 new guys will be shown the door. This would be before their recruiting has had a chance to bear fruit.
