Reportedly, LSU center Ethan Pocic and safety John Battle have had hip surgery and will miss spring practice. Both players should be ready to go for summer workouts. Corey Thompson will apparently move to linebacker. That leaves Jamal Adams and Rickey Jefferson as the only experienced safeties for spring practice.
