LSU began spring practice inside Sunday due to the bad weather. Members of the media were allowed to watch 15 minutes of practice. The spring roster has not yet been finalized.

Jerry Sullivan and Mickey Joseph were the assistant coaches working with the wide receivers. Graduate assistant John DeCoster worked with the tight ends. Dave Aranda worked with both the outside and inside linebackers.Corey Raymond worked with just the cornerbacks and Bill Busch worked with the safeties only.

Here is a personnel breakdown by position. Understand that members of the media had no roster, so these names are probably correct.

WIDE RECEIVERS
It was difficult to tell a pecking order at this position since they were doing only individual drills while members of the media were present. It seemed that the top three wide receivers were Jonathan Giles, Stephen Sullivan and Derrick Dillon.

Other scholarship wide receivers at practice: Dee Anderson, Drake Davis, Justin Jefferson, Terrace Marshall, Racey McMath.

TIGHT ENDS
This group also did not line up in formation. So, the depth chart is unknown.

Scholarship tight ends at practice: Aaaron Moffitt, Foster Moreau, Thaddeus Moss, Jamal Pettigrew, Zach Sheffer, Jacory Washington.

OFFENSIVE LINEMEN
Saahdiq Charles was not at practice. The No. 1 offensive line consisted of Badara Traore st left tackle, Garrett Brumfield at left guard, Lloyd Cushenberry at center, Ed Ingram at right guard and Adrian Magee at right tackle. The No. 2 offensive line consisted of Jakori Savage at left tackle, Damien Lewis at left guard, Cole Smith at center, Donavaughn Campbell at right guard and Austin Deculus at right tackle. There are no other scholarship offensive linemen.

QUARTERBACKS
The pecking order for the quarterbacks was Myles Brennan, Lowell Narcisse and Justin McMillan. Brennan was the most accurate of the quarterbacks who were just throwing to either other.

RUNNING BACKS
The No. 1 running back was Nick Brossette. Lanard Fournette was the No. 2 running back followed by Clyde Edwards-Helaire. The other scholarship running backs were Tae Provens and David Ducre, who has been moved from tight end. Tory Carter worked as a fullback.

DEFENSIVE LINEMEN
Ed Alexander and Davin Cotton were at practice, but no going through drills. The No. 1 front three were Breiden Fehoko and Rashard Lawrence at ends and Glen Logan at nose tackle. The backup defensive front consisted of Neil Farrell and Justin Thomas at ends and Tyler Shelvin at nose tackle.

LINEBACKERS
The inside linebackers group is the best on the team. The No. 1 inside linebackers were Devin White and Tyler Taylor. The No. 2 inside linebackers were Patrick Queen and Jacob Phillips. Micah Baskerville was the only other scholarship inside linebacker.

The starting outside linebackers were K'Lavon Chaisson and Ray Thornton. The No. 2 outside linebackers were Andre Anthony and Michael Divinity. Travez Moore was the only other scholarship outside linebacker.

SECONDARY
The No. 1 cornerbacks were Greedy Williams and Jontre Kirklin. The No. 2 cornerbacks were Kary Vincent and Mannie Netherly. The only other scholarship cornerback was Kristian Fulton.

Ed Paris was limited in his work during the drills. The No. 1 safeties were John Battle and Grant Delpit. The second-unit safeties were Todd Harris and Eric Monroe. The other scholarship safeties were JaCory Stevens and Cameron Lewis.

SPECIALISTS
The punters were Zach Von Rosenberg and Josh Growden. The kickers were Connor Culp and Jack Gonsoulin. The long snappers were Blake Ferguson and David Michael Carrell.
