I did this once before with a guy that had lesser talent, but I got an email this morning from our Human Performance Center Director (most of you know I work at a high school) that said the following:

"I wanted to see what you thought of this kid. He has been passed up because his dad is a bit much but he'll be great once he gets away from dad. Florida had him high on his list until Felipe moved over. Do you have anyone you could forward this too? http://www.hudl.com/athlete/4543811/highlights/304014392/v2 Kevin Davidson. I've worked with him since he was an 8th grader and he beat out Elite 11 guys at regionals. "

The guy that sent me this is named Adam Trafralis and he is Trent Dilfer's head coach at the Elite 11 camps. This kids' father made a huge mistake. He went to San Ramon High School in California for his sophomore year, but his father didn't think the competition was good enough. So he bought a condo in West Oakland and sent him to McClymonds High School which is a much higher level of competition. He played 3 games for McClymonds and the district discovered that his dad didn't really "move" and didn't allow the kid to play for a year. So he has very little tape in his junior year (3 games, one of which is against DeLasalle High).

Adam is very high on this kid, but right now he in only committed to U.C. Davis. Since we haven't got a ton of options if we lose Franks, it would make sense for someone to take a look at this kid. He's 6'4 and about 215, pro style with a 70 yard+ arm. Not the most mobile guy around, but another Mettenberger type. Can one of you insiders take a look and if you think he looks good, get his tape to Cam? I doubt he's on LSU's radar and he'd probably take an offer in a heartbeat.

TIA
