From all the QB offers it appears that LSU is very interested in bringing in a 2nd QB to go along with Franks.
Not trying to read too much into this but we can surmise a few things . A 2nd QB would be an insurance policy in case Franks doesn't make it on campus. Or, a 2nd QB would provide another option in case Franks isn't all that he's expected to be. Or red shirting the 2nd QB would allow him to follow Franks by one class creating a progression of QBs .
I don't expect the signing / recruiting of a 2nd QB to affect Franks in the least . If it does then he's not LSU material
