RECRUITING Question for Mike, or help from others

I have a family member who started last season as a sophomore on the O-line for a 7A state championship team in another state, and just got invited to the Prep Football America - Collegiate combine. Is this a reputable group? Is this a big deal, or do they send these out to a ton of players in hopes of filling their camp? Just curious. I think he has a ton of potential, but the family is kind of new to the recruiting and camp thing.
