I'm not one to dwell on his apparent influence at the SEC Office. I do think he has some. He has made Sexton so much money directly and indirectly with his tree of coaches, wonder if he'd have some minor influence with Sexton on another client that might make his job harder. I'm sure ultimately Sexton is working hard for Jimbo, but if it comes down to 2 really good deals would he recommend one that helps his "other" client too? Just a thought. Doubt there'd be much merit to it. Maybe this board is finally wearing off on me.
