Guys, we’ve been talking to sources all evening and putting out feelers. Didn’t want to report something and cause more rumors until we had more concrete info.
The rumors aren’t rumors. Alabama is heavily in the mix for Sage.
LSU has been confident about him throughout his recruitment but NOW so is ‘Bama.
LSU will be in contact with Sage over the next few days to see if they can close things out because if they don’t this will be a huge loss to the Tigers on the recruiting trail.
Also wanted to mention I don’t think this has anything to do with Matthew Langlois. LSU has always needed more than one safety in the class and Sage has been saying for quite some time his commitment could happen at any time.
We’ll have more info soon. I know Jimmy has been making lots of calls tonight so I expect some tidbits from him here soon.
