for some time now SEC basketball has not had much respect nationally , but things they are a changing ..

A glance at the latest ranking in the top 22 by conference shows the following .

ACC 7 teams
SEC 5
Big12 3
Big 10. 2
Pac12 2

With so many ranked SEC teams LSU should be able to pick up quality wins in order to enhance its resume come tournament time
